Strong cooperation between the partners and the National Park Authority
Müritz National Partners are companies that are committed to the Müritz National Park and thus contribute to its protection. The currently 44 partner businesses offer products and services whose quality is proven by test marks. Great importance is given to the use of regional products. In order to offer guests and visitors a special service, the partner businesses provide up-to-date and well-founded information about the Müritz National Park. Close cooperation with the National Park Authority and other partners in the region is a matter of course.
An independent award committee decides annually which businesses are recognized as National Park Partners.

The Müritz National Park Partner Initiative has been reawarded as a project by the expert jury of the UN Decade on Biological Diversity for the second time. The aim of the UN Decade is to draw attention to the great importance of biological diversity. The Müritz National Park Partners help to ensure that the biodiversity of the National Park region is preserved for us and our descendants.
